The Grant County Republican Party Central Committee (GCRPCC) hereby gives legal notice, to all affected individuals, businesses, corporations, non-profits, governmental agencies or any other legal entities, that the GCRPCC is not responsible for any purchases, contracts, indebtedness, loans, investments, or any other financial or legal commitments, that Mr. David Hunt, Kirryn Jensen, Dan Delano, Carla Urias or John Smith may have incurred or obligated themselves or the GCRPCC to, on behalf of any Grant County Republican Party, Grant County Washington Republicans, or any other group or alias, with debts and obligations procured and committed to from October 5, 2023 through today's date, April 4, 2024. None of the above named individuals had any authority to represent or conduct business on behalf of the Grant County Republican Party Central Committee since October 5, 2023, and have had no authority to create any debts or obligations for the GCRPCC since said date.
